Generation Z, often referred to as Gen Z refers to the generation following “millennials,” in other words, those born between the years 1997 - 2010. Gen Z embodies a cohort of individuals born into a world seamlessly integrated with technology. Unlike preceding generations, these digital natives have a scant recollection of a pre-smartphone era, their reality defined by a landscape of boundless technological possibilities and borne with the burdens of irresponsible climate policies, education cuts, and inept leadership.
